32th JSD Annual Meeting
The meeting, organized under the support of Tokyo University of Marine Science and Technology will be held from the 14-15th May, 2011 in Shinagawa, Tokyo, Japan.
Tokyo is one of the biggest cities in the world. While following the latest trends, Tokyo has many places that preserve tradition, culture and beautiful nature in each season. We hope you enjoy your time in Tokyo.
Tokyo University of Marine Science and Technology was founded in order to advance scientific knowledge and technology concerning the utilization and conservation of the ocean. It provides education in the natural sciences, engineering, ocean agriculture, and social and human sciences concerning the ocean. Additionally, it conducts basic and applied research necessary for technological development in these fields.

Please submit your registration form as an attachment file through e-mail. The deadline is 31st of March.
Presentation Regulation
PowerPoint (less than ver. 2010) presentations are requested. The chair will introduce the speakers and keep to the exact timeline of the session (12 min + 3 min presentation / discussion).
Poster Presentation
The authors are requested to be available at their posters during the complete time slot (the eveining of 3/16). The maximum size for the poster is 85 cm (width) x 115 cm (height).
Submission of Abstracts
Abstracts are invited from academics, postgraduates, and professionals from any discipline. Abstracts (250 words) should be sent as attachments as both a MSWord.doc file and a PDF file. Both the abstracts and the e-mail should contain your name, academic or professional association, subject area, and the title of the paper. Within the body of the email, please state whether the abstract is being submitted for a paper presentation or a poster presentation. The deadline for abstracts is the 15th of April.

- 10 minute walk from Konan Exit (or East Exit), "Shinagawa Station" on the JR Line (Yamanote Line, Kehintohoku Line, etc.), Tokaido Shinkansen and Keihin Kyuko Line to the main gate of the Campus.
- 15 minute walk from “Tennozu Isle Station" on the Tokyo Monorail to the main gate of the Campus via Fureai Bridge.
- 20 minute walk from “Tennozu Isle Station" on Rinkai Line to the main gate of the Campus via Fureai Bridge.
